What is the identity of your organization?

Strategic plans are often misunderstood and end up dusty on a shelf. If done well they should literally shape your identity, describe what you want to be known for. I believe culture drives strategy, which is exactly why strategic plans should clearly outline your WHY, WHAT, & HOW. David Drucker once said, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.” The culture of the organization should be clearly defined, living and breathing, in the plan and strategy.
