Philip Martell is currently serving as the superintendent of Blairsville-Saltsburg School District in Pennsylvania, and prior to that he was the superintendent in Connellsville Area School District in Pennsylvania, both considered small rural districts. He has served as a District Business Manager, Director of Human Resources and the Chief Deputy Clerk of Courts. Philip has done some outstanding work managing facilities and budgets to create revenue streams that have impacted technology purchases furthering educational equity in his schools. His experience leveraging capital projects to support educational programs is critical now and will be even more so in the future.
